The Project is sponsored by Panorama Group, a large Saudi based company specializing in Oil & Gas, Industrial Investment, Information Technology, Engineering Consultants & Manufacturing.

Panorama Group is a subsidiary of BJG, a leading business group in Saudi Arabia with business activities in multiple sectors and over 8,000 employees.

Panorama Group owns the total project.  It is expected to include other international partners in the later stages of the project. He added that the project is funded partially by the Saudi Industrial Investment Fund and a number of Saudi local banks.
